Student's works

These photos are from my 3rd year students. It was their project related to the topic house and house divisions. Each group drew a house division. (E.B.1 da Constituição)

At the beggining of the year, i proposed a project to my students. They had to build a picture dictionary during the year with all the words learnt. It was their responsibility to update the picture dictionaries every now and then. Sometimes this was made during lesson time, but they were also encouraged to do it at home, by themselves.

At end of every class, we write the new vocabulary on small pieces of paper and put them on the monster's mouth. After a week or so, It's "feed the monster" time! We check the words on Martin's mouth and if students know what the words mean and how to pronounce them, the word goes to Martin's tummy, if not it stays on his mouth until they know the meaning of the words. At the end of a topic we empty Martin's tummy not to give him a stomachache!!!!!
